This hotel boasts wonderful leisure facilities; there is a sauna, relaxation rooms, and pool on site, and the enormous crystals around the hotel add charm. the afternoon tea and snacks buffet is a lovely touch. Guest rooms are clean and pleasant with a great breakfast buffet.

Sadly, the hotel staff is not always as polite as one would hope, which can detract from the overall experience.

The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of food options. the pool and sauna area were very nice and well-maintained. The hotel's location was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

The gym was lacking, with only a few machines that were not all functioning properly. the check-in process was frustrating, as we were given a room that was not as advertised and had to switch multiple times.

Great Japanese-inspired hotel with a beautiful garden, relaxing pool, sauna, and spa treatments. The stylish decoration including paintings, amethyst cathedrals, and rock crystals was impressive. A wide range of delicious food was available at the buffet breakfast. The afternoon tea and snacks were lovely.

Located in a charming village, this hotel offers a welcoming Christmas experience. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the garden. the wellness area was very well designed, featuring a relaxing sauna and a spacious pool.

The staff at check-in were not very helpful, leaving us to figure out the opening hours of the wellness area, breakfast, and other important information on our own. the elevators were small and frequently busy, causing long waiting times.
